Four balconies at a residential building in Bondi were exhibiting advanced concrete spalling with exposed and corroded reinforcing steel. Left unaddressed, the deterioration posed a structural and safety risk to occupants and required prompt, targeted intervention.
Our Solution
We carried out full concrete spalling remediation across all four balconies, treating corroded steel reinforcement and reinstating damaged sections to a clean, durable finish. All works were completed with minimal disruption to the building's residents.
